Supported diagnosis is a feature on Electrolux's brand website, designed to be a guided experience that helps consumers to find answers to their appliance issues, or directs them to the best customer support option. MVP 1.0 and 2.0 included.

02 My Electrolux

"My Electrolux" is an account that a customer can create online anytime. It's designed to be a one-stop shop for customers to obtain all the after-sale services they need. With a simple scan of the QR code on their appliance, customers can:

  • Order online with ease, track purchase history

  • Save invoices, track warranties

  • Book service appointments and check their service history

  • View onboarding guides

  • Find support help for their appliance issues

Ken-Pal (S) Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based construction company catering to the needs of both the private and public sectors. This project includes graphic design for the company's corporate brochure.
